The 25th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo Helping Building Communities Thrive

The 25th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo

Are you looking for a new management company or financial advisor? Does your  lobby need an extra splash of color? Is your co-op looking for replacement  windows or facade repairs due to Local Law 11 work?

Help is available at The Cooperator’s Annual Co-op & Condo Expo, which in 2012 is celebrating its 25th year of serving communities  in the New York metro area. The popular trade show will return to the Hilton  New York on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, for a day of networking, education and  fun. And best of all, it’s free.

Over 270 exhibitors, from attorneys to roofers to managers and financial  professionals, will showcase a variety of products and services to fill the  needs of co-op and condo associations throughout the five boroughs and beyond.  Along with the trade show, the event—running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.—will feature educational seminars and free advice booths designed keep your  community running smoothly.

 Prizes, Prizes, Prizes

No Expo would be complete without prize giveaways! What community couldn’t use a little extra financial assistance? Attend the 2012 Co-op & Condo Expo and you could be the big winner of The Cooperator’s $3,500 Reserve Fund drawing. The winner will be drawn after Expo registration has closed, and a check will be  made payable to the winner’s association, care of their management company. Only board members qualify to enter the drawing, and attendance at the Expo is  required for eligibility. For complete details, visit the Expo website,  www.coopexpo.com.

 Seminars and Much More

Good information and clear communication are crucial for not just thriving, but  surviving in today's challenging economic times. Finding that information and  developing communication strategies isn't always easy. The Expo offers the  opportunity to do both, in one day and under one roof.

The seminars routinely attract standing-room-only audiences, and a great lineup  is planned for the 2012 event. Presenters will include Verizon, the law firm of Stark & Stark, energy consultant The Daylight Savings Co., accounting firm Wilkin & Guttenplan, and mortgage specialist Meridian Capital Group, LLC.

You will also find free advice on topics ranging from financial shortfalls to  errant board members, pest problems, boiler breakdowns and other  maintenance-challenges. Keep an eye on upcoming issues of The Cooperator, or visit the Expo website,  www.coopexpo.com, for the latest news.

Mark the date now—Tuesday, April 17, 2012—and get ready for an information-packed day at The Co-op & Condo Expo in Midtown Manhattan. And don’t forget—you can register online for free at www.coopexpo.com.
