If you're in the market for a new pad and have several million dollars to burn, two very different NYC celebrity homes have recently been listed for sale, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

On the modern/minimalist end of the spectrum, comedian, author, and former Daily Show host Trevor Noah has listed his sleek Hell’s Kitchen penthouse for a cool $12.95 millionThe 3,600 square-foot, three-bedroom duplex is on the 17th and 18th floors of the Art Deco-era Stella Tower building, and has clear views of both the city and the Hudson from 15-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The property includes a private theater, full wet bar, chef’s kitchen, and even a 1,000-foot outdoor terrace with a heated plunge pool and built-in sound system. Noah purchased the place in 2017, and is listing it with Nick Gavin of Compass Realty.

If you're the sort who buys your gold leaf by the yard, the estate of Ivana Trump, first wife of former president Donald Trump and mother of his three eldest children, has put her Upper East Side townhouse on the market for $26.5 million. The 8,725 square-foot, 5-bedroom mansion was built in 1879 and reflects the maximalist aesthetic of its late owner, with acres of pink marble, flocked wallpaper, and leopard print everything. Crystal chandeliers, murals, and mirrors abound. In addition to several dining and living areas, the property also includes offices, a media room, and a Swedish-style sauna in the basement. Located on a rarified block between 5th and Madison Avenues, it's steps from Central Park, the Metropolitan and Guggenheim museums, and countless high-end retail shops. The listing is held by J. Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman.
