Adirondack Capital Partners on Monday announced that Toll Brothers purchased the roughly 12,000-square-foot parcel at 118 10th Avenue from Benny Barmapov, with plans to build an 85,000-square-foot condominium. Miller had previously planned a 10-story, 100,000-square-foot office building on the site, according to The Real Deal.
