  • All you have to do is let the UNIT OWNERS vote on most if not all issues that effect their quality of life. Also, try upgrading to some REAL amenities like central air/split duct or at least offer to residents who would like it at a competitive rate through bidding of vetted companies, etc. Also, try adding cheap security cameras in common areas. Such easy management fixes....
