On Tuesday, November 19 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the CooperatorEvents New York Expo returns to the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan, bringing with it all the educational, professional, and practical resources for New York’s multifamily buildings that have put the event on the map for nearly three decades.
And this year’s Expo will offer a new reason to stop by the show: along with the exhibitors, advice booths, and seminars, this fall we’re proud to offer our Local Law Resource Hub, a full slate of free, 30-minute presentations & discussions on NYC’s Local Laws and how they impact the city’s co-op and condo communities. From facade inspections to energy audits, greenhouse emissions limits to organic waste collection, these short, information-rich discussions led by subject matter experts in building management, utilities, and energy conservation will outline exactly what specific Local Laws mandate, how they’re enforced, and how buildings can avoid costly fines for noncompliance.
