Among 443 Greenwich’s other famous residents are actors Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Meg Ryan. ‘Gotham’ Star Sells Battery Park City Condo Actor Ben McKenzie, star of the Fox drama Gotham, has reportedly sold his condo in the real-life Gotham (speci cally Battery Park City), according to Variety . e most recent listed price for the 1,524-square-foot, two-bedroom/ two-bathroom unit in the Riverhouse complex was $2.675 million (it is unknown at this time what the actual purchase price was). Highlights of the unit include 10-foot ceilings, a master suite with three closets, and an open kitchen. McKenzie and his wife, fellow Gotham co-star Morena Baccarin, bought the unit four years ago for $2.4 million. Former JFK Jr. Home Hits the Market A Tribeca co-op that was once the home of John F. Kennedy, Jr., and his wife Carolyn Bessette was listed for $3.97 million, the New York Post reported, a markdown from the previ- ous asking price of $4.32 million. e renovated 2,700-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment at 20 North Moore St. contains a huge living room with high ceilings and windows, along with roof deck access. Kennedy and Bessette, who were killed in a plane crash in July 1999, had previ- ously lived in the apartment for three years. Mandarin Oriental to Handle Branding and Management of New NYC Condos A new condo development is coming to Midtown Manhattan; its branding and man- agement will be handled by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. According to Multi-Housing News, Mandarin signed a branding and man- agement contract for the development that will consist of 69 luxury condos at 685 Fi h Ave. Amenities will reportedly include a restaurant, top- oor lounge, and gym. Conversion of the 1920s building, once the headquarters of Gucci, is slated for completion in 2021, with 10 oors to be added to the tower’s top. Former Celebrity Photog’s Penthouse Asks $15M A four-bedroom SoHo penthouse that was a source of con ict between the apartment’s for- mer owner and his neighbors is getting a brand- new start. e New York Post reported that the triplex condo that was once owned by celeb- rity photographer Ken Nahoum went on the market for $15 million. Before that, Nahoum and his then-girlfriend, model Basia Milewicz, refused to pay common charges and owed over $250,000, according to the condo board’s attorney. In response, the board cut o eleva- tor access to Nahoum’s sixth- oor apartment. Before he moved out of the building in 2018, Nahoum allegedly removed the xtures, doors and toilets, according to a letter from the condo board.
