Jackson has put   his four-bedroom/three-and-a-half bath-  room Upper East Side condo on the mar-  ket for $13 million, according to   Variety.   The 3,000-square-foot apartment sits in   the  prewar  building  called  the  Leonori   on East 63rd Street and Madison Avenue;   its features include oak floors, a black   glass chandelier, a wet bar, a dressing   hall, and claw-footed bathtubs. Jackson   first bought the apartment in 2005 for   $4.8 million; he and his wife LaTanya   Richardson own an estate in Beverly   Park, Los Angeles.    ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?’   Playwright’s NYC Loft Hits the Market  A Tribeca loft that was once the home   of renowned playwright Edward Albee is   going on the market for $8.995 million,   according to a report in   The Wall Street   Journal  . Albee, who wrote the classic play   Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?,   lived in   the 4,500 square-foot, three-bedroom   loft that he purchased in the 1970s. Not   only did the loft housed his art collec-  tion, but Albee also wrote parts of his   famous works at the kitchen table. The   playwright, who died in 2016, also owned   a Montauk home that went on the market   for $20 million this past summer.   Sales Launched for Condos Near   Seinfeld’s Garage   If you have $4 million to $6 million to   burn, you can live near Jerry Seinfeld’s   Porsche garage. That’s how much a condo   at 134 W. 83rd Street will cost you, the   New  York  Post   reported. Developed by   Grid Group, the building houses six   apartments,  “from  a duplex  maisonette   with a garden to four full-floor residenc-  es and one duplex penthouse with a roof   terrace.” Near the building is a private   garage owned by Seinfeld that contains   his Porsche collection; he reportedly   spent $500,000 for the garage’s renova-  tion.
